PROJECT PLANNING & UNDERWRITING

We underwrite and program all of our developments in-house. Our experience in accurately forecasting market conditions, project build costs, market saturation of product, lease-up and neighborhood trajectories is truly unique. With educational backgrounds in economics, finance & business and with owners and employees who hold a variety of finance and real estate credentials, we have the technical know-how to identify and execute on opportunities. We have to date made a profit on every project we have been involved in.

CONSTRUCTION

Our team has been involved in the construction of over 18,000 apartment units with construction values in excess of $2.5B. These buildings span from advanced mixed use to multifamily residential, mid-rise, townhome and garden style projects.

LEASE-UP & MANAGEMENT

We take a hands-on approach with the lease-up of each of our apartment communities. We see value in this hands-on approach to maximize lease revenues and the tenant experience. The property management professionals we work with are at the forefront of the build-to-rent space and understand the vertical & horizontal rental market better than anyone. It has been our experience that we have increased property values more than six percent in some cases by taking this hands-on approach.

DISPOSITION

We have been responsible for the disposition of over $250MM worth of multifamily real estate in Arizona. We have first hand knowledge of both sides of the business and believe this transactional experience adds tremendous value. Not many development teams have the transactional experience that we hold in-house.
