Matt Long is a partner of Porter Kyle. Matt is responsible for overseeing all of Porter Kyle’s construction related duties, from groundbreaking to certificate of occupancy. This includes managing Porter Kyle Builders and their employees, working with our team to develop and manage development schedules, budgets, and contracts as well as acting as the primary liaison between Porter Kyle ownership, Porter Kyle Builders and our subs / consultants.

Matt is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association. Matt received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Arizona.

Taylor Shultz

Taylor Shultz

Taylor Shultz is a partner of Porter Kyle. He brings over 20 years of experience in acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition of apartments. Taylor is responsible for overseeing Porter Kyle’s investment strategy and managing financial relationships, both debt and equity. He oversees Porter Kyle’s site selection process, land acquisitions, community lease-ups, ongoing asset management, and future investments.

Taylor is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association and holds an Arizona Real Estate license. Taylor received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Arizona.

Michael Stephen
Michael Stephan
Michael Stephan is a Partner at Porter Kyle, overseeing business administration and government relations for the Porter Kyle family of companies. An Arizona native with more than 23 years of real estate experience, he has directed land use, design, and entitlements for multifamily projects totaling several hundred million dollars in value. After studying economics, Michael left school to launch the business with his partners, Matt and Taylor, that ultimately became what Porter Kyle is today. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Arizona Multihousing Association, and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
