Porter Kyle, a Scottsdale Arizona based multifamily builder and developer has broken ground on The Cleveland, a 100-unit townhome rental community in Goodyear Arizona, and is expected to start leasing next spring. Porter Kyle recently completed construction on The Prescott at Park West in Peoria and just completed construction on The Ashley in Chandler.
The townhomes style BTR community is located at 1003 N Sarival Ave. just south of Interstate 10 and Estrella Falls in Goodyear. The community will feature one, two and three-bedroom homes, all with two-car direct access garages and private backyards, ranging in size from 806 to 1,418 square feet. Amenities at the community will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, featuring indoor-outdoor fitness, resident co-working spaces, resort-style pool, outdoor barbecues, children’s play area, resident walking paths and a dog park.
What’s Next
Porter Kyle has recently received zoning on two additional BTR sites, one in Chandler and the other in Litchfield Park, and is expected to break ground on those two communities in the second half of 2024. While new construction deliveries are currently elevated, the reduction in starts this year and next, position Porter Kyle well to take advantage of the large influx of new residents to Phoenix and the 120,000 new jobs expected over the coming years.
